What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed. After dispatch, any errors in the delivery address can be independently corrected through the MyDHL portal.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, absolutely. We deliver La Revêche creations worldwide. Specific options and details will be available directly at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes:

  • 3–4 business days for European Union countries (3–5 for islands and remote areas)
  • 4–5 business days for non-EU countries

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures or unforeseen circumstances. During Black Friday and Cyber Monday week, order cancellations and modifications are not permitted.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can follow your shipment in real time via the link provided. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at info@lareveche.com.

Are customs duties or import taxes applicable?

We are committed to making the shipping experience as smooth as possible; however, any customs duties are regulated by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

What happens if I do not collect my order?

Should an order not be collected for reasons not attributable to La Revêche, we reserve the right to charge back the return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred.

Returns & Refunds

How do I request a return?

Returns are free of charge. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your parcel by logging into your Customer Area to generate and download your prepaid return label.

For non-EU orders, two options are available:

  • La Revêche Service: Purchase a subsidised return label directly through our portal.
  • Own Courier: Use a carrier of your choice. In this case, please ensure the service includes tracking and share the tracking number with us at info@lareveche.com.

Please note on exchanges: To ensure you receive your new item as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. We invite you to proceed with the return of the original item and place a new order for the desired size or style at the same time.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item and following inspection by our quality control team. Items must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, and complete with all accessories, including the dust bag. Failure to comply may result in the refund not being approved. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Will I be refunded for customs duties and taxes?

No, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable, as they are applied directly by the destination country.

Where are La Revêche creations made?

Every one of our creations is proudly Made in Italy, with a deep and indissoluble connection to Sardinia. Our iconic floral embellishments are applied by hand, making each piece unique.

How do I choose the right size?

Our garments feature a tailored fit. We recommend consulting our size guide and the sizing information on the product page to find the best fit for you. If you are unsure between two sizes, we suggest opting for the larger size or contacting our customer service team.

How should I care for and store my swimwear?

La Revêche creations are crafted from fine fabrics with delicate detailing. To preserve their beauty over time, always rinse with fresh water after use and hand wash only, using a gentle detergent. Avoid contact with sunscreen lotions or oils, as these may alter the fabric's texture. Store your swimwear in a dry place, away from humidity and heat sources.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?

Please contact us at info@lareveche.com, attaching detailed photographs of the item received. Our customer service team will assess your case and provide a resolution as promptly as possible.
