Shipping is free on all orders. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

We deliver worldwide. Specific options and details will be available directly at checkout.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
Delivery Times
All deliveries are carried out by DHL.
La Revêche delivers within Italy and the European Union within 2–4 business days (Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available). Islands, poorly served locations and remote areas may require 3–5 business days for delivery.
For deliveries outside the European Union, transit times may range from 3 to 5 business days, subject to additional delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Please note that during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale period, La Revêche may experience a significantly higher than usual order volume and cannot guarantee compliance with the above delivery timeframes.
Customs Duties
Prices displayed on the Website do not include taxes or customs duties for orders destined for non-EU countries and countries subject to Brexit regulations, as these vary depending on the specific details of your order and must be paid directly to the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel has been collected by the carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.
If you do not receive this email, please first check your spam or junk mail folder, then contact our customer service team at info@lareveche.com.
Shipping Address
To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please complete all required fields when entering your shipping address.
If the delivery is not to a residential address, please include the name of the company, office or business premises, along with their opening hours.
La Revêche is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the customer's shipping address. For any queries, please contact our Customer Service team at info@lareveche.com.
Additional Information
For customers in non-EEA countries, in the event of refused delivery or failure to complete delivery for reasons not attributable to La Revêche, outbound and return shipping costs as well as any customs duties will be deducted from the refund.
DHL will make a second delivery attempt in the event of an unsuccessful first attempt due to the recipient's absence. Subsequently, the order will be held at the nearest depot. Storage fees may be charged if delivery cannot be completed due to any issue on the customer's part.
