Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You may request a return by exercising your right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without stating a reason, for any Product purchased on the Website within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with the procedures described below.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached;
You must notify us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal by logging into your account area or by sending an email to info@lareveche.com, making sure to include the order reference and the details of the Products you intend to return;
For orders within the European Union, a prepaid return label will be provided: available upon completion of the return procedure in your account area or sent via our customer service team;
For orders outside the European Union or from Brexit countries, return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer, who may select a courier of their choice and ship the goods to: M.D.M. ITALIA SRL, c/o AERRE, via Roma snc, CAP 09013, CARBONIA (SU), Sardinia, ITALY. The tracking number must be communicated to info@lareveche.com;

In all cases, Products must be shipped strictly within 5 days from the date on which the right of withdrawal was notified.

Products purchased within the same order for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned in a single shipment. Therefore, all Products belonging to the same order for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised must be returned together.

Should the above conditions not be met, no refund will be issued. Under no circumstances will goods that have not been returned in perfect condition be replaced or refunded. In such cases, the Product will be returned to you at your expense, unless you expressly instruct us otherwise.

Subject to our right to verify the above, the refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the date on which we receive your return at our fulfilment centre. The time required for the amount to appear on your credit card statement may vary depending on your bank's processing procedures.

Size Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges; however, to ensure you receive your new item as quickly as possible, we invite you to place a new order for the desired size or style and proceed with the return of the original item as follows:

Subject to verification that the items are in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached, the exchange order will be dispatched within 5 business days of receipt of the return.
